Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data Vezeli collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the Vezeli website, the mobile app and the API. By using Vezeli you agree to the practices described here.

Data we collect

For clients, we collect the name, email address and phone number you provide when you create an account or make a booking, the details of the appointments you book, and any reviews you write. For professionals, we additionally collect the business information you publish — business name, address, services, prices, opening hours, team and photos. We also collect basic technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, in order to operate and secure the service.

How we use data

We use personal data to create and manage your account, process and confirm bookings, send booking confirmations and appointment reminders by email and SMS, display professional listings and reviews, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share data with

When you book an appointment, the professional you book with receives the booking details, including your name and contact details, so they can prepare for and honour the appointment. We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, SMS delivery, image storage, and payment processing for professionals who take payment online. These providers are bound by contract to use the data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and locale, and secure forms. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

We keep account and booking data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.

Contact

For any privacy question or request, email us at the address on our Contact page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
