For help with a booking, a reminder, a review or your account, email us and include the professional's name and your appointment date so we can find it quickly. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, you can also do that from your confirmation email or your account page.

Professionals

If you run a salon or work independently and want to list your business, take online bookings and manage your availability, you can create a professional account in minutes. For questions about plans, onboarding help or a demo, message our team on WhatsApp or by email.

Developers and AI agents

Vezeli publishes a read-only REST API (OpenAPI 3.1), an MCP server over Streamable HTTP, an llms.txt guide and Markdown versions of every page. The Developers page has the full integration guide and endpoint list.
